This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
 
 
About the Role
This position will be based in our office in Bengaluru will drive the Projects, Enhancements and Support Oracle Fusion OIC and BIP enhance applications built on Oracle APEX platform. In this role you will be responsible to design, develop and maintain the OIC and BIP components and Oracle APEX Platform (Oracle PaaS). You will provide key inputs on the Application Road map. Work closely with key stakeholders and also respond promptly to escalations. Will also be responsible for carrying out any Enhancements/Projects in PLSQL and Oracle APEX Development based on Business needs.
What you will be doing
  • Design & develop new features / enhancements for Oracle Cloud ERP based on Business Needs & deploy after testing
  • Maintain & Support Oracle Cloud ERP application
  • Develop new OIC Integrations or carry out modifications to existing OIC Integrations
  • Develop new Reports (OTBI & BIP) or carry out modifications to existing Reports (OTBI & BIP)
  • Lead APEX team and drive Key projects and manage the application support for Channel Management application on Oracle APEX platform
  • Finalize and Enhance key Development standards and own the IT SOX controls for the application.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement features and code using OIC, BIP and Oracle Application Express (APEX).
  • Perform requirements analysis, development, design, testing, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.
  • Write and optimize PL/SQL code for data manipulation and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with other developers and project managers to enhance database functionalities.
  • Conduct performance tuning of PL/SQL queries and optimize database performance.
  • Maintain documentation on all work products.
  • Evaluate new features and technologies and drive implementation.
  • Should be comfortable leveraging AI tools
 
Who you are and What you bring 
  • Proven experience working with Oracle OIC, BIP and APEX.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database design.
  • Strong Techno-Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud ERP is essential
  • Functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business flows
  • Can assist in the design of complex information system(s) that will integrate with existing solution
  • Should be able to understand the business requirement and overall system architecture and documents multiple solutions and chooses the best solution based on a criterion
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 8 plus years of relevant experience in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX development.
  • Have performed Root Cause Analysis for critical and recurring issues.
